We had a great stay, the staff were friendly, and the room was nicely decorated just as we desired, with the airport conveniently located 15 km away.

the staff were all pleasant. there were comfortable beds and central heating, flat-screen tv and a study table inside the room.

Everything was great, gorgeous location near Venice past midnight, and San Marco and the Teatro La Fenice, outstandingly accommodating staff. Our experience was excellent from the moment we checked in, would absolutely stay here again.

We were given a neat double room on arrival. The hotel's location next to Venice's most important sightseeing spots, shops, and restaurants, as well as San Marco and the Teatro La Fenice, made it a peaceful area.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at this B&B. The location was perfect, so close to San Marco square and shopping. The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. Adriano, the host, welcomed us and provided us with information about places to eat and even gave us discount vouchers. The communal kitchen was well-equipped and we even had juice and water supplied in the fridge. it was a great experience and we will definitely be back!
